Your most-awaited journey begins today. Enjoy in-flight amenities, meals, and entertainment onboard as we depart from Manila.

Day 02: Arrive Cairo

Welcome to Egypt! After landing in Cairo and meeting your guide, the adventure begins. We will hit the road and head on to old Cairo to explore and marvel at the astonishing architecture of the Hanging and Coptic churches, where the Holy Family is believed to have hid out while fleeing from Bethlehem to avoid Herod's decree. Then, we will take a quick stop for lunch en route to our next destination. Afterwards, we will head on to a papyrus factory to explore the ancient process of making paper and discover how the first paper was made. Later, we will head back to the hotel after a day full of new experiences in Cairo to rest and spend the night.

Day 03: Cairo

Ready to see the famous landmarks Egypt is famous for? Then embark on a full city visit that includes a stop at one of the world's Seven Wonders—the Great Pyramids and Sphinx today. Witness these majestic wonders firsthand.

After that, we will stop for lunch at a nearby restaurant and enjoy a traditional Egyptian meal. We will then proceed to the majestic Egyptian museum, where the finest artifacts, relics, jewels, and statues from every pharaoh are on display for your viewing pleasure. Then, take pleasure in a dinner cruise while enjoying the performances of skilled "Men in Skirt" performers and belly dancers. After a full day of experiences, we will head back to our hotel in Cairo to cap off the day.

Day 04: Cairo - St. Catherine - Dahab

The day kicks off with an early morning drive from Cairo to St. Catherine, passing by the historical Moses Spring and the Suez Canal. As we journey along, take in the sights the road has to offer. For lunch, we will stop along the way. Then, upon arrival at St. Catherine's, there will be an option for you to join an afternoon climb to Mount Sinai. If you are up for the adventure, you are free to do so! After that, we'll continue our journey to Dahab, where we'll check in and spend the night.

*Breakfast will be provided to each client before departure.

Day 05: Dahab - Taba - Bethlehem

After breakfast at the hotel, get ready to check out and head to the Taba border to cross into Israel. After the inspections and other regulatory procedures, the local guide will be there to meet us. Relax as we drive to the city of Bethlehem, the biblical birthplace of Jesus. As we journey through the city, enjoy the sights of Bethlehem, a Palestinian town south of Jerusalem in the West Bank. Then, upon arrival at the hotel, proceed to check in, have dinner, and rest for the night.

Day 06: Bethlehem - Jerusalem - Bethlehem

After breakfast, the jam-packed day begins at the Shepherd's Field, the place where the announcement of Jesus' birth to the shepherds by the angels took place. Then, the journey continues to the Ascension Chapel on the Mount of Olives. Next, there will be a stop at the Pater Noster Church to witness firsthand the "Lord’s Prayer." Then, head next to Dominus Flevit, the church built over the spot where Jesus wept over Jerusalem. After that, you will travel along Palm Sunday Road and stop at the Church of All Nations and the Garden of Gethsemane, where it is believed that Jesus prayed just before the Romans took him. Then, stop by to visit the Church of the Nativity, the Basilica and Grotto of the Nativity, and Manger Square to complete today's adventure.

After the full-day excursion, head back to the hotel for dinner. The rest of the evening is yours to explore the city at your own leisure.

Day 07: Bethlehem - Jerusalem - Jericho - Bethlehem

After breakfast, another full-day excursion begins with a visit to the holy places of St. Anne’s Church, Bethesda Pool, and the Wailing Wall. There will also be a stop at the Via Dolorosa to go through the stations of the cross up to the Holy Sepulchre to witness the places where Jesus was crucified, died, and rose from the dead. The journey continues with a visit to Mt. Zion, the Upper Room, David’s Tomb, and the Dormition Abbey.

Then, enjoy a drive to Jericho, the world's oldest city, to see Mount Temptation and the famous Sycamore Tree. Following that, you will continue to Qumran, the Essenes' caves, and the place where a wandering shepherd boy discovered the Dead Sea Scrolls. Before heading back, take a dive of a lifetime as you relax in the Dead Sea's mineral-rich waters and enjoy a refreshing swim! Then, return to Bethlehem for another night's stay.

Day 08: Bethlehem - Haifa - Nazareth - Cana - Tiberias

The day kicks off with a drive to visit the Basilica of Mount Carmel after breakfast. Stop by Cesarea to see the aqueducts where St. Paul was held captive. Then, we'll head to Nazareth, the city of Jesus' childhood and youth, and visit the church of the Annunciation, where we can find the original cave where the angel Gabriel announced to Mary that she would bear a child by the Holy Spirit. We will also have a chance to stop by Joseph's workshop, where Jesus spent most of his childhood days.

The next stop is Cana, where Jesus turned water into wine during the wedding celebration. Then, visit the Cana church, where you will hold a private mass and celebrate the renewal of your vows. Enjoy a hearty meal and relax for the rest of the evening after the full-day excursion.

Day 09: Tiberias - Sea Of Galilee - Tiberias

A visit to the Basilica of the Transfiguration at Mt. Tabor will kick off the day's excursions. We will continue the excursion with a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, followed by a drive to Capernaum, where Jesus lived after leaving Nazareth. Take a look at the ruins of the ancient synagogue where he taught. Then, continue on to Tabgha, where the miracle of the multiplication of loaves and fish took place.

After that, drive to the Mount of Beatitudes, which houses the Sermon on the Mount, St. Peter's primary church, and the remains of St. Peter's house. Then, immerse yourself in a holy experience by renewing your baptism at Yardenit, or the Jordan River, where St. John the Baptist baptized Jesus Christ.

Day 10: Tiberias - Amman

Begin the day with a drive from Tiberias to the border after breakfast and hotel checkout. After the inspections and other regulatory procedures, meet your guide and take a drive to Mt. Nebo, the place where Moses viewed the Promised Land before he died. Continue on to Madaba, where you can see the St. George monastery and its remarkable mosaic map of Egypt, Jordan, and the Holy Land. The map is believed to be the first one for this area, as it was built in the 6th century. After the full-day excursion, proceed to the hotel in Amman for dinner and an overnight stay. The rest of the evening is yours to spend exploring and doing things at your leisure.

Day 11: Amman - Petra - Amman

The day begins after breakfast with a drive to the lost city of Petra. We'll take excursions to the picturesque town of Siq and stop by the Treasury. Enjoy the entire day as we learn more about the historic city that was built in the sixth century and was home to the Nabataeans, an Arab tribe. Since 1985, the site has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and it is the most visited tourist attraction in the country. After the experience, we'll return to the hotel in the afternoon for dinner and an overnight stay.

Had a good time on our Holy Land tour, hectic the schedule though we were able to see those places which we know about from readings and movies.

I think everything about the trip was to our expectations and more. Big thanks to Access Travel and the people behind who made this trip memorable and unforgettable.

Rachel Austria

I heard good feedback about Access so that’s why I chose them to arrange my Holyland Trip.

I love traveling to discover and gain new knowledge about a country’s culture and cuisine. What I love most about this trip are definitely the sites and the people I’ve met during our tour.

Cassandra Virtucio

Our Holyland trip was truly memorable! I am really happy that I discovered Access Travel.

This trip was a gift for our mom, which I booked with another travel agency a few months before. Unfortunately, they cancelled our trip two weeks before departure. I tried to contact other travel agencies, but of course, they all said they were fully booked. Special thanks to Ms. Rose for accommodating our "last-minute" booking, making the extra effort to squeeze us in, and making all transactions and processes hassle-free.The tour was well planned. Our tour leader was also very reliable and made sure that we were all taken care of. Our local tour guides and drivers were also all very good.  More importantly, they made sure that this was not a regular tour but more of a spiritual journey. I recommend getting physically fit to join the optional hike to the summit of Mt. Sinai. It is totally worth it!I would definitely recommend Access Travel to other family and friends! I am also looking forward to traveling with them again.
