Discover Rome to Paris
Starting in the historic heart of Rome, this journey tracks northward through the rolling hills of Tuscany to the Renaissance masterpieces of Florence, before sweeping east across the Veneto plain to the iconic canals of Venice. From the lagoon, the route climbs into the dramatic Tyrolean Alps to reach Innsbruck, Austria, then heads west into Switzerland to take in the financial hub of Zurich and the lake and mountain vistas of Lucerne. Crossing northwest over the Rhine into France, the journey visits the timber framed, Franco German crossroads of Strasbourg before concluding in the grand, luminous capital of Paris.

Day 1: Rome
Welcome to Rome! Upon your arrival, we’ll be there to transfer you to your hotel. There will be an information sign at the reception area with details about activities. Your tour guide will meet you there at the scheduled time.
In the evening, we’ll take you to Via Cavour, an excellent introduction to Rome. Here, you’ll find a variety of restaurants offering Italian, Indian, Chinese, and international cuisine.
Day 2: Rome
In the morning, we’ll take a three-hour guided tour of the Eternal City, combining a walking tour through Imperial Rome with a panoramic bus ride to admire one of the oldest and most influential cities in Western civilization. During the tour, we’ll see iconic landmarks such as the Arch of Constantine, the exterior of the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums, the Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla, the Basilica of Saint Mary Major, the Pyramid of Cestius, and Castel Sant’Angelo.
The tour will end at Vatican City. Afterward, our guide will offer an optional visit to explore the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel.
At the end of the day, we’ll include a transfer to the popular Trastevere neighborhood, known for its cozy restaurants and lively atmosphere. Return to the hotel afterwards.
Day 3: Rome - Florence
Today, we’ll leave Rome and head north, taking in the beautiful landscapes along the way. Upon reaching Florence, we’ll go directly to the stunning Piazzale Michelangelo viewpoint to enjoy breathtaking views of the city.
We’ll then walk toward the historic center where, after some time for lunch, we’ll enjoy a guided walking tour with a local expert, visiting landmarks such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and Piazza della Signoria. This city is an authentic open-air museum.
Afterward, you’ll have free time to explore on your own. In the evening, you’ll find plenty of options for dinner, with a variety of local and international cuisines.
Day 4: Florence - Venice
Today, we’ll enjoy the stunning mountain landscapes as we cross the Apennines. Upon arriving in Venice, we’ll take a boat across the Giudecca Canal to the Island of Venice.
With a local guide, we’ll visit the marvelous St. Mark’s Square. Afterwards, we’ll tour the Murano Glass Factory, where you’ll see the fascinating techniques used to create this ancient glass.
You’ll have some free time to explore on your own. Accommodation will be in the Mestre district.
Day 5: Venice - Innsbruck - Zurich
We’ll depart Venice and make our way to Austria. Upon arriving in Innsbruck, you’ll have time to explore the historic town center and enjoy lunch.
Afterward, we’ll continue our journey through the beautiful Tyrolean landscapes as we cross into Switzerland, arriving in Zurich.
Day 6: Zurich - Lucerne - Zurich
Today’s journey features stunning landscapes with tall mountains and pristine lakes. We’ll enjoy breathtaking scenery in the Interlaken region.
Our first stop will be Grindelwald, where we’ll have time for a coffee before taking the cable car up the mountain. Once there, we’ll walk along a winding path leading to a suspended bridge. For those who are adventurous, crossing the bridge offers spectacular views of the surrounding glaciers.
We’ll have lunch on the mountain before heading back down. Our next destination is Lucerne, one of Switzerland’s most beautiful cities, where you’ll have time to explore and enjoy the charming cityscape. We’ll then return to Zurich.
Note: The guide will offer an optional full-day excursion, starting in the morning. After some free time in Lucerne, we’ll take a rotating cable car to the summit of Mount Titlis. At over 3,000 meters above sea level, the alpine summit offers breathtaking views of the glacier and the Alps.
Day 7: Zurich - Strasbourg - Paris
We’ll depart from Zurich and travel to the French region of Alsace, where we’ll visit its capital, Strasbourg, a charming city that beautifully blends French and German influences.
You’ll have time to explore and get to know the city. Afterward, we’ll continue our journey to Paris, arriving in the evening.
Day 8: Paris
We’ll immerse ourselves in the rich history of France at the magnificent Palace of Versailles, renowned for its stunning gardens.
On our return to Paris, we’ll visit Montmartre, a charming bohemian neighborhood famous for its artists, painters, and cabarets.
To fully appreciate the grandeur of Paris, we’ll take a panoramic city tour with a local guide, showcasing the city’s impressive avenues and iconic monuments. Afterward, we’ll return to the hotel.
Day 9: Paris
We’ll start our day in central Paris, beginning with a visit to the iconic Eiffel Tower. You’ll have the chance to go up to the second floor of this famous iron landmark (tickets included). Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a relaxing boat cruise along the Seine, which will last approximately one hour and fifteen minutes.
You’ll have a free afternoon to explore the city at your own pace.
Note: If wait times at the Eiffel Tower are too long, we might reschedule the visit to a different time for your convenience.
Day 10: Paris
After breakfast, we’ll head to the airport for your flight back home.
Important Notes to Remember*
- Kindly be informed that this tour is budget friendly based on SIC (seat in coach) Package
- All hotels are mostly located outside city centre
- Name of confirmed hotels are to be advised 48 hrs before the services
- Cities in Europe may have a number of international airports. Depending on the confirmed arrival flight details, supplement may be applied.
- Only breakfast is included with this package (No lunch & dinner), unless otherwise stated.
- No porter and tips are not mandatory
- Standard check-in time is 1400-1600 and check-out time is 1200, may change depending on the hotel/s.
- The passenger is allowed to carry only 1 baggage with a maximum of 30 kg and a small handbag as space under the bus is limited. We don't have any supplement for those passengers carrying extra luggage. In case all the luggage doesn't fit in the bus, please be aware that the extra bags will be sent to the next overnight destination by a shipping company and the client must pay and afford the cost of that shipping.
- Some days in the itinerary may be fast-paced to allow passengers to enjoy a wide variety of locations within a limited timeframe. As part of a group tour, participants will follow a set schedule to ensure the best possible experience across all planned destinations
- If pax are availing the extra night before/after the tour, staying in the same hotel is not guaranteed, this is subject to hotel's availability. In case hotels are different, will provide transfer (hotel-hotel) without additional cost.
- Transfer is only valid for transfers from hotels, train/bus stations or airports and on the date of the start of the booked service.
