Costa Rica: A Nature Reset with Angely Dub
A Wellness-Centered Trip Into Costa Rica’s Most Beautiful Landscapes
Two things that have always stayed with me are fitness and travel.
At some point, it just made sense to bring the two together and create something more intentional—a wellness trip!
Costa Rica immediately came to mind. Everything here feels grounded in nature and purpose. It’s a country that genuinely cares about its people, its land, and the world around it. I was especially inspired knowing that a large part of its rainforest was restored because of a deep belief that people and nature are connected.
This Wellness Reset in Costa Rica came from that inspiration. And it’s just one of many wellness-led journeys I’m excited to create in the years ahead.
Join me on this first-ever nature reset!
