Refund & Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable across all sale phases - Pre-Boarding, Now Boarding, and Final Call - including in cases of no-show on event day.
The only exception is if Access Lite cancels the event or changes the event date. In such cases, all affected ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund, regardless of the sale phase or whether personalized items have already been produced.
This policy applies to all ticket types:
- Solo Seat
- Plus-One Fare
- Full Row
For bundle tickets, a cancellation or drop-out by one or more attendees does not entitle the buyer or remaining attendees to a partial refund, price adjustment, or change in bundle rate.
Ticket Transfers
Ticket transfers are allowed.
The original buyer must notify Access Lite through [email/form TBD] before the event and provide the replacement attendee’s complete name so the guest list and seat assignment can be updated accordingly.
For tickets purchased during Pre-Boarding or Now Boarding, any personalized items that have already entered production - including the tote bag and/or luggage tag - will remain under the original personalization details submitted at the time of purchase.
If the ticket is transferred after personalization has been finalized, the replacement attendee will receive the personalized item bearing the original buyer or attendee’s initials/details.
Personalized items cannot be reprinted, changed, or reassigned once production has started.
This condition should be clearly stated at checkout for Pre-Boarding and Now Boarding purchases.
