Day 01: Reykjavik
Welcome to the land of fire and ice! Check in to your hotel on arrival. Early arrivals can enjoy an optional visit to the Sky Lagoon.
Day 02: Reykjavik - West Iceland
Drive to Snæfellsnes to see the iconic Black Church, one of Iceland's most photographed buildings, and the striking Kirkjufell Mountain. Visit the fishing village of Arnarstapi for a traditional lunch, then watch for the Aurora Borealis at night.
Day 3: South Iceland
Drive south to see the famous waterfalls Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss, with stops along black sand beaches. Warm up with hot soup near Skógafoss, then watch for the Northern Lights again at night.
Day 04: South Iceland
Sail among massive icebergs and ice caves on a glacier lagoon boat ride, then visit the famous black ice beach. The rest of the day is free to explore.
Day 05: East Iceland
Drive east through dramatic fjords, mountains, and remote landscapes. Free time to explore a charming fishing village before overnight.
Day 06: North Iceland
Explore the unspoiled landscapes of North Iceland, the otherworldly Dimmuborgir lava formations, Krafla volcano, and the Mývatn geothermal area, including several Game of Thrones filming locations. Watch for the Northern Lights at night.
Day 07: North Iceland
Explore Húsavík, the Whale Capital of Iceland, with a whale-watching tour to spot dolphins, minke, humpback, and even blue whales. Free time in the afternoon, then another Northern Lights watch at night.
Day 08: Reykjavík
A scenic route back to Reykjavík, with stops along the way to meet Icelandic horses and discover hidden gems. Evening free to wander the capital's shops and restaurants.
Day 09: Reykjavik - Golden Circle - Blue Lagoon
Visit the Golden Circle's three iconic sites: Þingvellir National Park, Geysir, and Gullfoss waterfall. Then unwind in the geothermal waters of the Blue Lagoon, with an optional farewell group dinner.
Day 10: Reykjavik
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight home.
