Day 1: Auckland 

Welcome to Auckland! Upon arrival, meet your guide and transfer to your hotel. Take the rest of the day at leisure, a gentle start to adjust and wander through this coastal city’s charm.

Day 2: Auckland

After breakfast, explore Auckland. Drive through Queen Street, past Ponsonby’s boutique charm, and cross the Harbour Bridge for views of the Hauraki Gulf. Visit the Viaduct Harbour, admire the University of Auckland’s historic quarters, and end your day’s trip with a scenic drive along the waterfront before returning to your hotel.

Day 3: Auckland – Waitomo – Hobbiton – Rotorua 

After breakfast, journey through rolling hills toward Matamata. Step into Middle-earth as you explore Hobbiton, the enchanting movie set from The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. After a countryside picnic, continue to Waitomo Glowworm Caves, where thousands of tiny lights shimmer along limestone walls. A truly magical experience unlike any other. Proceed to Rotorua for an overnight stay surrounded by geothermal sights.

Day 4: Rotorua – Auckland 

This morning, visit Te Puia, home to boiling mud pools, erupting geysers, and the Maori Arts and Crafts Institute, a living showcase of tradition and skill. Return to Auckland in the afternoon and enjoy the rest of the evening at your own pace.

Day 5: Auckland

A full day to explore Auckland at your own pace. Stroll along the waterfront, visit local galleries, or relax in one of the city’s seaside cafés.

Day 6: Auckland – Queenstown 

After breakfast, fly south to Queenstown, New Zealand’s adventure capital. Upon arrival, ride the Skyline Gondola to Bob’s Peak for sweeping views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. End the day with a scenic dinner at the Skyline Restaurant, watching the city glow beneath you.

Day 7: Queenstown 

This morning, board the vintage TSS Earnslaw for a cruise across Lake Wakatipu to Walter Peak High Country Farm. Enjoy a farm visit, a barbecue lunch, and a taste of New Zealand’s rural charm before returning to Queenstown.

Day 8: Queenstown

Hop on a journey to Milford Sound, where rainforest, glaciers, and waterfalls meet the Tasman Sea. Cruise through the fjord surrounded by dramatic cliffs, a natural masterpiece that defines the beauty of New Zealand.

Spend the day at leisure today. Wander through lakeside streets, shop for local crafts, or simply relax at your own comfort.

After breakfast, prepare for your transfer to the airport for your flight back home after a refreshing trip in New Zealand.
