Day 1: Tanzania
Welcome to Tanzania! Upon arrival, meet your guide, who will seamlessly transfer you to your lodge near Arusha. Settle in, rest from travel, and enjoy your first dinner in safari country.
Day 2: Arusha – Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Take in views from the crater rim before descending to the lush crater floor for your first game drive. Spot elephants, lions, hippos, and more of the African wildlife.
Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater
Spend the full day exploring Ngorongoro. Begin with an early morning game drive while predators are active, enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool, and return to your lodge for sundowners overlooking the crater.
Day 4: Ngorongoro to Serengeti
After breakfast, journey toward the legendary Serengeti. Upon arrival, head out for afternoon and evening drives as the plains come alive with wildlife and golden light. Return to camp for dinner and rest under the stars.
Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Start with a sunrise game drive, then explore the Serengeti’s vast habitats: open plains, rocky kopjes, and wooded riversides. Watch herds on the move and witness predator-prey encounters, the real life of the wild.
Day 6: Serengeti National Park
Design your day around your pace: an early start with breakfast in the bush or a relaxed morning before a picnic lunch in the open savannah. End the afternoon with one last drive through this extraordinary landscape.
Day 7: Serengeti National Park
Enjoy your final morning in the Serengeti. Savor the stillness, and take in one more sunrise before departing for Zanzibar.
Day 8: Serengeti – Zanzibar
Fly to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, transfer to your beachfront resort. Spend the rest of the day unwinding: toes in the sand, sky wide open, and the Indian Ocean just steps away.
Day 9: Zanzibar
Begin with a half-day visit to Stone Town, where history and culture blend in winding alleys and spice-scented air. The rest of the day is free for the beach, ending with a sunset scene.
Day 10: Zanzibar
A full day to do as you please. Swim, sail, or simply rest. Enjoy the quiet moments of island life throughout the day.
Day 11: Zanzibar
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight back home after your journey to Tanzania.

Should the minimum requirement for the Access Journey not be met, our upcoming trip will proceed with the current number of participants. Access Travel will do its best to upgrade travelers to a private tour. However, rates for the private tour are not guaranteed to be the same as the original trip rates.
- Each experience is suitable for solo travelers, couples, families, and seniors. The single supplement rate applies for solo travelers.
